Old Dos Games on a PALM PILOT?

#1 Post by jckatz » Tue Nov 29, 2005 8:41 pm

Remember the old days went games fit on 4 or 5 floppy disk 720 Kilobytes maybe 1.44 Meg.  Now a days Palm Pilots come with as little as 32 megs of ram plus a 1 Gig card.

Beside plenty of storage, the Palm Pilots have better audio, better video, and better processor speed than any 80-86 dreamed of having in the mid to late 80 and even early 90's.

My question is, just how hard would it be to SHOVEL an old dos program unto a new palm pilot?

That would be awesome for Point & Click Adventures. I wonder if it has been done.

I think ScummVM has been ported to a handheld pc of somekind but I can't be sure.
