Creating AGS for (Mac OS X)...

#1 Post by Zentailover » Mon Dec 18, 2006 7:16 pm

I would like to make a graphical program for Mac OS X.

If there is anyone out there who has some time.....

Can you please tell me what I would have to learn/the progress I would have to take to create an AGS for Mac users using Xcode or something for begginers.

It's too bad there is no source code for AGS (windows) that I can take apart and re-create lines of code for MAC's.

Please email me at AdamKassur@hotmail.com

The source code for AGS will never be released as then it could be possible that games made with AGS could then be reverse engineered/hacked.

The only way AGS would be ported to Mac would be if Chris Jones did it himself or gave the source to someone he trusted.

As for making your own adventure game maker for Mac OS X. Good luck and be prepared for many years of hard work!
