Hehehe. I believe I remember some AGS game with Keen as a character. But that was nowhere like the classic Keen-games. (those games rocked)

Other than that, I don't recall having heard of any of those.

Well...
there's the gameboy color version (which I do not recommend since it is very unkeenish in its playability).
Keen is a character in some RON games (google for Reality on the Norm)
And there's a bunch of gamemaker games that ripped the sprites from CK4 and have titles such as Dopefish Unlimited. However they are all really really sucky.
So for CK4-6 games, the short answer is no.

But... here's the good news. Do a search for 'Norp the Yorp'? Some people have hacked the data format for CK1-3 and made fangames using the exact same engine. That's really fun. And you get to play a yorp.

Loved Keen.

Also loved his cameo in Doom 2.

How about an adventure game staring Duke Nukem?

You can see the Dopefish in Quake 1, if you know where to look.

I remember Having:

Keen 1, 4, Dreams, and the 3 level demo of 6. 4 was the best out of the Lot. They should really consider selling these games in a Bulk Pack. (like the Did with the Kings Quest Collection) for a low price.

Give Comos cosmic Adventure a try, You play as the Alien boy who can stick to walls with his suction cup hands...

The REAL Commander Keen is cool, but the GBC version was just TERRIBLE!

Agreed. I'm sorry to say but the LucasKeen games Erpy mentioned aren't too good either, I've tried a couple and decided not to bother about the rest.
Still, the Norp the Yorp trilogy is very good.
