I know most of youse are from my generation. So which 80's (or early 90's) show do you miss the most?!

There's probably a ton more I didn't even think of.

Thundercats- it eventually made me a crazy cat lady.

Married...With Children- The answer to all the "perfect family" sitcoms that were saturating the networks at the time, and Al Bundy's still iconic in our culture!

Golden Girls- Come on. Admit you watched it. I admit to owning the ultimate DVD set. Who wouldn't laugh one's ass off at Dorothy getting pelted with insults then dryly riposting "Why don't you all just take turns hitting me with a 2 x 4?"

Batman Animated Series- Between great art and suspense alone it was one of my favorites. Most episodes had slightly macabre themes that didn't patronize kids either, or sugarcoat things-- totally one of the best cartoon series I remember from the early 90's.

Simpsons when it was still good- The longest-running American sitcom, it stopped being good a while ago. I think Season 12 was the time of the total decline. But the earlier days? Changed the world and animated primetime as we know it.

The Critic- I MISS this show. I can kinda see why it didn't last-- but it's just so unfortunate. I just Netflixed the whole series (only 1 season) and found myself uncontrollably laughing my ass off! Between the parodies and non-sequiturs, it's just GOLD.

These are just some of my favorites; I'm sure there's tons I forgot!

Batman is legendary. I bought Batman: Gotham Knight and almost enjoyed the four episodes from The Animated Series more than the main six-part film.

However, if there was an Other option, I would have picked it for Gargoyles. Batman still lives in multiple excellent mediums, but Gargoyles languishes.

The "Buy my book!" thing created this whole new inside joke with my friends. And it was full of so many actual laugh-out-loud moments and chock full of 90's nostalgia.

Jay Sherman was such a jobber! ha.

Batman: TAS all the way. If I had choice for Other, that would be X-Men: TAS.

Me and my dad used to watch Batman all the time.

It was the one cartoon on TV that both me and my dad enjoyed. (Besides Ren & Stimpy)
