I believe it's actually the masked murderer from the film Scream. But it could resemble a Grim Reaper.Ghostface (A pota-er...A Grim Reaper)
There was a similar poll far back, but this has more options which is good.

We're on Season 5 here, about 6 episodes into it. I've only seen up to the end of Season 4 cause I was watching it on DVD and 5 isn't out yet.Which season is that from Klitos? I don't recognize it. We're finishing up Season 5 here in the US... where are you guys?
As for the quote, Tony says it to that car sales bird he was doing (the one who ended up commiting suicide) in season 3, when she phoned him one night about not being there.
