Also note the irony that you question the worth of the poll - take a look at most of your posts.

In response to the poll: Girls are better to hang out with if you want to talk, but guys are more likely to want to play sports and video games (just my opinion). I'll pick guys, but I think we all know that girls would win if sweet lovin' was on offer

I truely believe that if you prefer the company of one gender over the other in a general sense, you're sexist. Unless you're pursuing a romantic relationship, you should like people for who they are...not what kind of genitals they posess.

So, I don't care what gender the person I'm currently in the company of is. I don't stereotype based on Gender.

you make a valid point there takari but I voted gals simply because my circle of friends (at that time) consisted of 2 guys and like 5 gals but now it's 50-50 so I wouldn't vote again

I do stereotype based on gender.

I will automatically assume due to the content and context (computer games, etc) that the majority of forum members here are male.

I would also predict that upon hearing that someone likes Avril Lavigne's music, that they are probably female.

Trust me, most people have been socialised into gender stereotypes long before I get to them

I prefer the company of women because they're usually easier to talk to, though if I go to a Broncos games (Rugby) I'd rather be with guys so I don't have to keep explaining whats going on. Just my experience anyway.

guys ... i don't have many female friends. hell, i hate hanging out with large groups of girls for long periods of time ... they're so catty.
