I guess the blue is an old design, and the brown is a new one? The new brown one is a nice design, great work. You should go with it.

Well yes and no. I grabbed center left hand border from a webdesign site and than made the corners and twisted the same border around to make the other three sides. The end result being the main pages border.
The title border made the same way.
The bg i found just laying around on my hard disk so i don't know where that came from.
Is thats understandable?
