I voted for the Father. He seemed to be the most interesting of villains to choose from.

I liked the father in kq2vga but I don't know enough about his grand evil plan to vote for him. (I'm wondering if we will ever know...) I think i've said it before but the vizer's  plan was well manuvered and I really respected him.

I'll have to go with Alhazred. He was crafty like all evil viziers are.

And fighting him wasn't just because he's the bad guy...it was over love and he was a worthy adversary, so to say. And smart. So let's go with him.

I personally voted for Abdul myself, even though The Father was a close second.

Mananan, he provided several interesting deaths/punishments in KQ3 when Gwydion did something wrong.

seems as if not very much adventurers like the female villains...  ;)

Edit: I see, there's no Lucreto on the list. But he wouldn't win anyway ... For "liking" a villain you need to know some facts about him and there is nothing said about Lucreto ...

Voted him for the same reason. Mordack is second in my list for always scaring the crap outta me with his strangulation spell when I was younger.

i won't vote because the vizier and mordak are the only ones i've ever seen and neither of them have been seen enough for me to pass judgement
