Good game! Spent most of the time hunting for ya, though. The occasional gunshots were an attempt to lure you out as well. :D

Yea that was a great game!

I spent most of it hunting for you too lol! I think the map is a little big for 2 players but it was fun!

We must have been going round in circles in the same direction never meeting each other lol!

But when we did meet! Fire Fight commenced!! That second last kill, what did you hit me with? I was nearly dead lol!

Anyways, I'm going to my sisters now but depending what time I get back etc etc we should play again later today or again when we can meet!

Here's the offical results of Round 1.

Image

EDIT: Note how few kills there are and that was a 20 minute game! We must have only spent 5 mins actually killing each other lol!

Hey Skyshark, I take it you returned your Killzone rental?

Shame, I've been blasting away on Killzone online! Got up to the rank or Corporal too!

Yeah, I did. It was just out for the night. I might get around to buying it at some point, as I'm definitely keen for another round or two. BTW, you got the USB headset for the PS2?

Anyway, finished Need For Speed Underground 2 on the X-Box a couple of days ago. Trying to finish GTA: San Andreas as well (back in Los Santos, stuck on the mission where you have to take back the territory west of Grove Street).

Angelus, just to let you know I do have online capabilities with my PS2 yet the only game I have which is online is Socam 2: Navy Seals, if you want we could have a game, you'd be me probably because I suck at 3PS.

When I get SVR however, that may change.

Actually, you can make it into a FPS, by switching your screen config, but it sucks that way. 3rd is much better.

I'm not to keen on PS2 Online FPS games. Xbox is the best for it. SW battlefront is awesome. Its like a real warzone. Intense as hell!

You can get Star Wars Battlefront for PS2 aswell and that is also primarily a 3rd person game (although you can switch to 1st person.)

Killzone is the best PS2 online game I've played. Burnout 3 and Smackdown Vs Raw are pretty good too.

EDIT: Just checked my pile of PS2 DVD's and yes I do have Socom II. Cant remeember if I patched the DNAS or not though...

Battlefront on PS2, from what I've heard, is a bit laggy when you got a game going online. Same for Xbox at times, but thats because everyone is launching frags all over the place.

How about starting a new thread after 3 more posts, guys? This one's getting a tad large.

From what I've heard, Flash2Advance is one of the best, if not the best.

(OT: Erpy's evil emoticon there looks quite devilish. And if the thread is closed after 3 more replies, there will be 666 replies. Coindicence? ;))

The second would be easier to manage, as long as people stopped posting in the first.

There, that should take care of that. :D We're past the appropriate 666 post count anyway...

Hey Angelus, how many GBA games do you have?  Is your portable library as expansive as your console ones?

Lol!!

I wouldnt say my game libary was expensive par se...

I have the 2 original games Deb bought me PoP and Sword of Mana plus 400+ GBA roms which I'll be able to play when I get my Flash linker set. (Basically a blank GBA cartridge).

I have about 14 PS2 original games and at the last count had about 60 PS2 DVD's piled up. That was a while ago though so add about 20 PS2 DVD's to that. (My cupboard is a mess!)

Anyway back to GBA, I cant get Deb off Sword of Mana! I'm starting to get worried as the other night we got into bed and she was playing on the GBA (SoM) and then she says "I just love levelling up!" and I thought okay maybe she is too perfect a girlfriend lol.

I'll have to dig out my Secret of Mana Snes ROM as with that you can play 2 players co-op!!

Perhaps you should rename this thread to The Game Thread, since guests will presume it's just someone boasting on how the PS2 and Gamecube rocks unless they open it.

Not a bad idea Brooms.. Hmmm....

BTW Who here actually has and is playing San Andreas here? What do you think of it? How far are you?
I've not long reached San Fierro and have completed a few missions and bought Zero's RC Shop and completed those missions. Just doing some of the Triad missions now. Also I cant BELIEVE Big Smoke and Ryder are selling "yay" with the Ballas! How can they turn their backs on the Grove Street Family!!
