Is there a mac version of this king's quest vga remake? Is there a way to play it on a mac? Will it run in Sarien?
Thanks!
BTW, I am using a powermac G4 400 with mac os x 10.3.9 panther and 384 mb of RAM, if that helps anything.

No it won't run on Sarien. Sarien is an emulator for AGI games (KQ1-3, SQ1-2,PQ1,Manhunter1-2, and Gold Rush) it won't run KQ1VGA since it's made with a completely different engine (AGS). I don't think you can play them on a mac. At least not until a Mac port of AGS is made.

I doubt there will be a Mac port of AGS anytime soon as the AGS source isnt available.
There was one guy who claimed he got KQ1VGA running on his mac, search the forum and I'll sure you'll find it somewhere.
Now a PSP port that would be sweet!!

There's actually a Mac-port of the engine on the AGS-forums, but we can't offer any troubleshooting advice on it, as the game was created before said port was made and none of us ever attempted to run it on a Mac.
