Sorry chaps after signing up a long time ago I was in bed with a terrible backache (lumber spondylisis) and couldn't sit at the computer. Hopefully I am up again and hope to visit this wonderful forum more frequently!

ps It seems my avatar is huge...it's supposed to be small what 240x240 pixels?

Hey welcome to the forums! I hope your your back gets well soon.
The avatar is suppsoed to be no higher or wider then 90 pixels, tho as long as it's not large enough to cause the left columns width to change it shouldn't really matter. Mine's at 96x96 for example since it's the size MSN's display picturess are, so i always make all my dps/avatars that size.
