I just heard about this. This is the submarine I was stationed on.
I knew Michael Holtz, though not well. It's scary to think that if I hadn't gotten out of the Navy when I did, I'd have been onboard and could have been involved.
While I was onboard, there were plans to change homeport to Guam some time in the next 4 or 5 years. That would be about a year or two from now. While I was on board, we were awarded the Battle E, which means we were the best submarine in our squadron. I'm not sure why they would deactivate the sub. Makes me sad...
The inactivation of the boat is kind of like the death of a friend. It's hard to explain...

Edit: The picture with the first link is of when we were ordered to sea to avoid a hurricane. I was on board when that photo was taken. I was on watch in the engine room while we were riding out the hurricane. That is the sickest I've ever been in my life.

Here are a couple guitar playing YouTube videos I put up yesterday. The one I had up before is getting old. I figure I need something a little newer up there. The pieces being played are Mike Oldfield's Platinum Parts 1 and 2.

It is a quote - from me. Your first suggestion is the original intention.Quest For Glory Fan wrote:I was just wondering about Brainiac's Sig. Is it a quote from someting? Also jarring me for years now was the usage of the acronym RPG. Is it Role Playing Game or Rocket Propelled Grenade or just Rusty Pukish Girls. All three work in the sentence.

Hey guys, just so you know Im still around.
Yeah me and chris split up back in May, I didnt want to make the whole thing that public on here but he seems to have wanted to. It just wasnt working and for many reasons I couldnt stay with him.
He sees Katherine twice a week. Mainly as she goes to nursery full time from 8 in morning till night and then tea and then bed apart from a wednesday which i have chosen not to put her in for so that he can see her and of course weekend.
Things have been pretty bad since the breakup but I was determined not to publize it on here, so just to let you know everyone I am still around!!

Let you know yes, but thats as far as I would have took it.
The only reason im not going into detail on the subject is that Chris is on this forum much more than me therefore its best for him that I dont go into detail about things.
But yeah Katherine is a part of it and she will soon be old enough to post. I mean she can type her name already and plays games with me on the computer.
