KQ6 Remake
Hey all
well i have played the Kq1, Kq2 and Kq3 remakes and they were awesome, i think of all the king's quest games i would love to see a remake done of kq6. Maybe a new story, new lands to visit, same lands in the original game, returning characters and new characters etc...
what does everyone think?

I agree, a game taking midplace between/before/after 5 and 6 would be neat. Tho one that remains faithful to the humour and magic of the series, unlike QFG4.5 did with the QFG series. Not that I disliked QFG4.5.Blackthorne519 wrote: Though a new adventure with Graham? Exploring other lands? That would be awesome! Someone better get on that!

As I recall, the dragon didn't occupy Daventry for all of Alexander's "exile"; if it had, I bet Rosella would have been asked as sacrifice a lot sooner. There's some interesting info over at the KQ Omnipedia.
Plus, you should consider that the two KQ novels written by "Kenyon Morr" were set between KQ2 and KQ3. Honestly, that is the longest gap between two games (a little less than two decades). Only The Floating Castle, written by Craig Mills, occurs outside that time period (somewhere between the end of KQ4 and the start of KQ6).

OR!!
The game can be set where Graham and Valanice are searching for Alexander.
It would be a classic over again.
Graham searches for something!!!! YAY!
and right at the end of the game can be, the dragon hits Daventry and takes Rosella. Then maybe a small scene of "Gwydion" with Mannanan
and then you go off to play KQIII

I imagine it would involve Graham progressing through his royal cellar at an alarming rate.I'd like to see one take place between KQ2 and KQ3 from Graham's point of view. T'would be interesting to see what went on in Daventry (if anything) while Alexander was growing up a slave.
Mead, of course. Best served hot.
