So a King's Quest with the same kind of harmless mockery and respectable but silly humor of Airplane? Well, if Leslie Nillson got to play Graham than I'm all for it!

They need to have the adventurer factory to rebuild your adventurer whenever you die like in LSL1... funny stuff. >D

Leslie Neilson as King Graham. That is pure genius! Who could play the rest of the royal family or the villains? How about Steve Carell for Alexander?

With a new game release on the horizon in the near future, AGDI has decided to refresh its list of mirrors which host our games. We plan on taking the no longer functioning mirrors off the list and also accepting offers from people willing to host our games, both new and old.

<snip>

... Additionally, we would like to be able to host the files on the servers indefinitely.

Please keep in mind that this isn't just about QFG2VGA. It also extends to our other projects.

what other projects? think about it
KQ1 and KQ2 perhaps? Plus anything they _might_ release

Yes. Instead we are working on an EGA version of QFG2VGA, to please those who think QFG2VGA isn't close enough to the original and if that game's a succes, we might just VGA-ize it.

Hey all, long time lurker, and i mean long time lurker (6 yrs about), i just gotta chime in here.
An adventure game spoof of adventure games in general... It's just so crazy it might work... lol
Here's an adventure game spoof that i found hysterical!! (and quite fun to play)

Here's a 'preview' of it http://www.homestarrunner.com/pqtrailer.html ( i love the close-up of the Hero's 4 pixel face!!)

Here's a 'trailer' for it http://www.homestarrunner.com/filmstyle.html

And here's the actual game. Check it out Its :lol http://www.homestarrunner.com/disk4of12.html

Play the game, laugh, and beat it. Whcha al think of it?
The rest of the site is pretty funny too, but not necessarily "adventure style gaming" related

EDIT: I just did a search for "Peasent's Quest" on here and....wow! I'm not the first one to mention it... I shoulda' figured....

Wolfie from Punjabi in the land of Inja is indeed a Canine. However, the jackaloid Kalb in Tarna is not. All we know about his origins is the small amount of information given by Janna Jamil, the Welcome Woman at the inn: "The meat seller is a descendent of the pharoah dogs my people used to breed before the Change."
