Hi,
Thought I might report an issue when switching windows. This happened when I was playing and wanted to look something up in the PDF manuals. I use Windows Vista 64-bit Ultimate. I can't remember which one does which, but when using either switching commands and restoring the game window, either the game runs through the help windows (need to press ctrl + q to make it stop) or will momentarily display dialogue boxes and make them disappear after an instant.

i have this problem itnermittently. I find it happens much more rarely if you open the control panel in game before alt-tabbing
