Re: Quest for Glory II posters SHIPPING THIS WEEK : DETAILS HERE
Got mine today - they stuck the poster in my PO Box, but had a collection slip for the game... but that's probably cos I had to pay import duties
Only problem is I can't decide whether or not to open it. If I don't, I'll never be sure if it's really in there, or get to see it in it's splendor. If I do, what if I damage or dirty it in the process, and I don't really have anywhere to put it which would lead to it getting damaged or dirty, and once it's been opened it wont be a "mint condition collectors item" that I'll be the proud owner of one day when Himalaya Studios is the most popular adventure game company in the universe.
Oh decisions decisions. I should have ordered two

Well, here's mine. I added a close-up of the signature and edition number. The custom frame is excellently done, but that poster isn't coming out - I'm gonna be sorry if I ever meet any members of the AGDI team in person.

The act of getting that beastly poster framed is heroic in itself. Congratulations!
It looks really beautiful.

Re: Quest for Glory II posters SHIPPING THIS WEEK : DETAILS HERE
my dad recently called me up because "some enormous poster" just showed up that he didn't know anything about. Looking at these pictures though I'm glad I didn't have it sent to my tiny dorm room because A.) It's too important and B.) It wouldn't fit anywhere. Also no one would understand it at all.
Re: Quest for Glory II posters SHIPPING THIS WEEK : DETAILS HERE
I don't mean to dredge up old topics, but do you send out these posters to everyone who has ordered the Al Emmo Collector's Edition or was this during a specific time period? Or is there a request form I must fill out.
Do I meet the requirements for this?
Order Date: Saturday 07 June, 2008
Order Information - Order #338
Please let me know if you need any more information.

Re: Quest for Glory II posters SHIPPING THIS WEEK : DETAILS HERE
We only had enough posters printed to cover the contest entry winners as well as the remaining Al Emmo Collector's Editions left in stock. Unfortunately, this means that our shipping & fulfillment house (where the QFG2 posters are now stored) can only ship posters out with orders of the Al Emmo Collector's Editions sold during the QFG2 Remake promotion period. Sorry!

If you were willing to pay the shipping & handling fee that our fulfillment house charges ($8 USD), then I could probably organize for them to send out just a poster to you. PM me if you're interested.

Re: Quest for Glory II posters SHIPPING THIS WEEK : DETAILS HERE
Just updating this thread to mention that the last of the Quest for Glory II posters went out today. The posters were a Limited Edition print run, so no more will be printed. If you managed to get hold of one, take good care of it!

Re: Quest for Glory II posters NOW OUT OF STOCK
Unfortunately not, we had about 500 posters printed in total and ran out of them a few months ago.
We weren't actually selling the QFG2 posters, due to the IP rights being in Vivendi's/Activision's hands. We were giving them away with orders of our commercial game, Al Emmo, so that the shipping costs could be rolled in with the other items.
