How do I arm wrestle Issur?

How do I arm wrestle Issur?

I can't seem to figure out anyway to arm wrestle Issur. Everything suggests I need to challenge but I don't know how.

If you are a fighter then you can click on yourself and select challenge to arm wrestle Issur.

Any class can challenge him by first asking him about arm wrestling and then challenging him. This requires use of the ask-about menu (clicking the mouth on an NPC) and the tell-about menu. (clicking the mouth on yourself)
