Go into the mountain cave. There are 2 ways up the inside of the mountain, not just one.

Which cave are u reffering
the one with Yeti

I can't go any further

Just keep exploring and map out or memorize which cave passage leads where.

cave 1 - passage 1 = cave 4
cave 1 - passage 2 = cave 2

cave 2 - passage 1 = cave 5
cave 2 - passage 2 = cave 4

cave 3 - passage 1 = cave 1
cave 3 - passage 2 = cave 2

cave 4 - passgae 1 = cave 5
cave 4 - passage 2 = cave 3

cave 5 - passage 1 = cave 3
cave 5 - passage 2 = cave 1

Use this like a map
Wait till mR yeti comes - then you will get they way to daventry

DO NOT TRUST THE YETI AT ANY COST

Right I'm in Daventry and I can go up the cave to defeat the dragon however
where can I meet the gnome and is there anything elese in Davntry before meeting Mr 3 headed dragon ?

Nope, you can only go up to meet the dragon. You'll meet the gnome later.

The arse scene was in the original.

L is most likely Lolotte, the villain of King's Quest IV.

The Father is the cloaked figure. He is the brother of the first king of Daventry and seeks an artifact that will allow him to posses nearly limitless power.

Mordack is hiding in King's Quest V. You will have to play that game to find him ;)

The birthmark thing was in the original (when you talked to Rosella), but it wasn't animated...just in text.
