King's Quest II+ Walkthrough Version 2.0
I've finished my rewrite of the KQ2+ walkthrough, and it was really quite fun, actually. It was a massive undertaking, but it looks much better now, will collapse and grow in all three major browsers, and it'll even load faster, since it's 109 995 bytes smaller, exactly. That's a HUGE amount of byte data, thank you. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

I would have liked to make it compliant to XHTML 1.1, but then I wouldn't have been able to center the whole thing on the page, so it has to be XHTML 1.0 Transitional, which is good enough. Anyway, I also added a bit in the Hints section so you can expand all the hints at once, if you want to. It won't collapse them, though, I'm afraid. I could pull it off, but I don't really want to--just refresh the page, and they'll be collapsed. I added a few notes, too.

Enjoy. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

<a href="http://ptd.dark-phantasy.com/temp/tierr ...

You might want to make this a stickey, Erpy. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

Oops.
I made a little mistake when scrunching up the file, and it made many, many words run into each other. Fixed, now.

Re: Oops.
Looks nice so far, except most of the body content int the source code is now clustered into one long continuous line.
------------------
I think therefore I am ... I think???

Heh.
That's intentional. It cuts over 10 kilobytes from the file size, and on a file that big meant for on-line viewing, it makes quite the difference. I have the file with line breaks intact, also.

Re: Heh.
I'd be interested in seeing the code with the line breaks too <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

My email should be visible in my profile.
------------------
I think therefore I am ... Re: King's Quest II+ Walkthrough Version 2.0
I updated both files a little with cleaner JavaScript, and now you don't have those stupid bullets in Mozilla. Stupid spotty Moz CSS support. Oh, well.
