In order to use the dart, you need something to fire it with. Look for something long and hollow. Hint: it is 100% natural. You will also need something to make this dart a little stronger. You are on the right track looking for a reed. It shoudl be growing on the edge of the swamp water, next to the stick where the boat was tied up. Not in the same place, but near it.
