Can anybody tell me how to depower the bats over the cave's entrance? I have one skull poited to a bat shooting blue stuff, but I cannot twist the other skull. What's missinmg?

Yes, I figured as much. I can't find anything blue. What blue object do I need?

If someone has actually told you to go into Hagatha's cave, then you already have the item required. Just check your inventory and look for something very blue... ~Wolfgang

Its an item which you required while visiting or helping Neptune.
