Hi everybody!<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D"> I´m just about to finish the remake but I´m not able to finish the game, because in the end I'm always missing the Youthpotion- although I had picked it up earlier..I believe it's missing after the pegasus-ride..is that possible? how can I avoid losing it on the way? <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/eyes.gif ALT=":rolleyes"> Edited by: <A HREF=http://pub57.ezboard.com/broyalquestfor ... ikostoo</A> at: 9/6/03 4:39 am

If you picked up the potion, you should still have it when you need it. The only explanation I can think of is if you restored to before you picked it up and then forgot about it. Note, however, that KQ2VGA has no dead ends. That means that, if you don't have the youth potion at the end, you'll still be able to use a different approach to win the game. KQ1VGA is also available for download. Aside from that, there are some other remakes in progress (QfG2VGA by Tierra and various other games by other teams), but none finished.

Oh no! Don't start again! Like Adeyke said, he meant that there aren't any dead-ends in the game. So the solution to beat the game lies within your inventory, even though you haven't got the youth potion. Funny thing.
