Malvolio?

Okay, so this just struck me a moment ago but...whatever happened to Malvolio? He's the only thing we know about Graham's childhood and he disappeared!<br>My theory would be that he's that blonde guard by the portcullis in KQ1 and the KQ2 intro, except for that one Easter Egg in KQ1 with the ring....he's not called Mal or Malvolio, so it must not be him.
