Not a bug, just room for an improvement:
What about a key to cancel the introduction at any point?

Jan

I thought a simple mouse-click was all you needed to skip the intro's.

<img src="http://httpd.chello.nl/c.vanempel/Nashb ...

A mouse click will cancel the Tierra intro...not KQ1VGA's actual introduction (the part when you click on "Introduction" on the menu).

And, yes, that would be nice, DasJan. I've clicked on the wrong button before and then had to sit through the intro. Not a bad intro, mind you, but being able to skip it would be nice. I don't even think that using the keyboard shortcut to back out of AGS works during the intro. Alt+Q, was it?

~Wolfgang

Ctrl-Q quits the game when you're actually playing, but not in the intro. However, ctrl-alt-end or ctrl-alt-del do both still work to forcibly quit the game...

Yeah, I've wanted to implement this, but AGS doesn't support it yet. So the only thing you can do is perss CTRL, ALT and DELETE and then reload the game.

But a good rule of thumb is, if you don't want to want watch the intro scene, don't click the 'Introduction' button<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

I'd put that line in the "tip of the week"-topic if we had one.

<img src="http://httpd.chello.nl/c.vanempel/Nashm ...
