freezing after getting gem from king neptune

Need help! keeps freezing after giving king neptune trident and getting gem when leaving the screen.<br><br>John<br> <p></p><i></i>

Happened to me as well yesterday, but I redid the whole underwater section and I managed to get past the bug somehow. The MIDI option doesn't work on my laptop (can't initialise it), btw.
