I like the trap door puzzle. It adds a new challenge to the game; and it's not that hard to figure out. I mean, I'm glad you like my game, but this version of the game is AWESOME too.... give it a chance, and use your head to figure out a puzzle. Look. Explore - try to grab anything that's not nailed down!

This is how Sierra games used to be, before you could go to GameFAQs and find out everything. Have fun with it, man - it's a GAME!

When I say spamming, I mean it in a broad sense. Whether you copy-paste stuff in several threads or retype it every time, the result is the same and so is my opinion of the practice.

I never said there wasn't a cheat code, but if there was three guesses what you'd need to do to unlock it? Actually, don't guess. You'd get depressed. :p

EDIT: BT, if he'd really liked your version better, that's fine with me. I just hope he doesn't just like it better because a walkthrough already existed for it. That'd suck.

I like this puzzle too. And the answer is hidden in one of my favorite parts of Llewdor. I wish AGDI would have extended that part.

For IA's version, I didn't need a walkthrough. They stayed TRUE to Sierra's vision with a few, and I mean, very few little new things. They didn't make new puzzles to frustrate everyone.

Yes, but how did you know what to do in the original KQ3? Walkthrough or did you figure out everything on your own? And if you did the latter, how come you no longer have the patience to think things through yourself now?

And it isn't frustrating everyone. It's merely frustrating you. There's a difference.

I think new puzzles and places to explore add to the enjoyment of the game. Why would you want to play a game if it is a clone of an earlier one? (well, except for better graphics, of course).

Ok. True. I used a walkthrough for the Sierra version and put what I knew from that 1 to IA's version. Like where I got stuck, was finding the mud in their version. Then I explored a little more and there it was, north of the path to the wizard's house.

Exporing would have gotten you to the library too. Most walkthroughs won't give literal "go north one screen, west two screens" directions and will simply tell you to visit a certain location...so a walkthrough may not have helped here either.

At least in the other 2 versions of the game, the fly/eagle spell was used like it should have been. So much for me being able to finish this game. Just like your QFG2 game, uninstall, delete!

Yes, please remove the game from your system and your presence from our board. I welcome constructive criticism, but your insistence in blaming us for your basic problem solving inability is getting tiring. Unlike you, I generally handle frustration okay, but I have my limits and you're about an inch from crossing them. Last warning. Or it's a ban for you.

You are getting mad at me? Why? I am frustrated because you guys made a game, using the KQ3 name and changed everything. You took a piece of art and turned it into this. I love the new graphics, don't get me wrong, but instead of changing everything, leave it alone and just update the graphics and interface.

It's NOT called KQ3. It's called KQ3Redux. It's not the same game. Go play IA's version and stop whining.

Makes ya wonder how the last Gwydion managed to stumble onto it... ;)

Makes me want to do a spin off/prequel that features this "Pre-Gwydion." Sure the ending wouldn't be very happy, but the guy sounds like an interesting character. I wish I knew him better. Oh wait! I wrote his journal! Maybe I know him better than anyone! :lol

You're missing one of the buildings. The town is two screens large, not one.
