Am I correct in assuming that the Quest for Glory remake will use the point and click interface rather than the text pareser that was used in the original? I remember one instense where a chracter sent the player to recover a maltese falcon and got a humorous response when they returned it by typing "give bird to man"

It will, indeed, use a mouse interface instead of a parser.
