Sierra Casting
If Hollywood was to make movies on Sierra classic adventure games, who would play what??
I think the QFG Hero is best suited for Mark Walburg.
While King Graham has gotta be Paul Gross (from the series "Due South") or maybe Tom Hanks.
And Ad Avis should be played by Gene Hackman.
Last but not the least Katrina should be played by Cathrine Zeta-Jones.
What do you think?
[PS:- was this post a bit too geeky??]

Nah, your post wasn't too geeky - it's a fun way to kill time while waiting on QFGII. Here's my picks:
Roger Wilco: Paul Giamatti (not a physical fit, but a spiritual one)
Leisure Suit Larry: Billy Bob Thornton
King Graham: I might agree with Tom Hanks, even if he ain't my favorite.
QFG Hero: tough one, since he has no personality. Can we dye Christian Bale's hair blond? I would've picked Steve McQueen in the day.
Katrina: Famke Janssen, Julie Delpy, Monica Bellucci...pick a babe, right?
I gotta give you props for referencing Gene Hackman, but I'm afraid he's retired by now. :cry

Ad Avis should totally be either Gary Oldman or Alan Rickman.
Ugarte could be Steve Buscemi, since he looks (somewhat) like Peter Lorre.
Elsa could be somebody like Scarlett Johannson...can't really think of anyone else at the moment...
Oh, also, Jon Lovitz would have been a perfect Larry back in the day, but I fear he may be a bit too old now.

Harrison Ford will always be my hands down pick for old King Graham. Kurt Russell could probably do it as well. As for young Sir/King Graham...I dunno. Joaquin Phoenix? Maybe Josh Hartnett?
I've always wanted Johnny Depp to play Gabriel Knight. I've wanted that since before he got ultra-famous. Ever since I saw him in Blow, I think. He just LOOKS like Gabriel Knight stepped right out of GK1. Plus, he has a bent towards playing roles like GK.
For Roger Wilco, I'd probably have to go for maybe Owen Wilson.

My ideal Sierra movie and casting would be: All CG, with the original voice actors doing the voices for their respective characters. As for earlier ones with no voices, well use the same voice actors.
If I was going to cast people though, I'd like to see Matt Damon as Gabriel Knight, though I wonder if he can do a convincing New Oreleans accent. I'd also like to see Ewan McGregor as Roger Wilco. That'd be priceless. :lol
