Ghostbusters game (is it true?)

Has it really been cancelled due to the sale of Sierra? Please, tell me the truth, and please put all the rumors and speculation to rest.

As far as I know, the game is floating around in "not quite cancelled" mode. It hasn't exactly been cancelled, but it is without a publisher (and thereby, I assume, without a continued source of funding either). I wouldn't be at all surprised if someone picked up the game and published it at some point in the future, but it's by no means guaranteed that the game will ever see the light of day.

I have a UK PC gamer here with a full preview, but it's from awhile back. It even had in game stuff... so, true or not, it had built and working content at one point. I even remember someone talking about it being spotlighted on some show, on a channel I don't get.... G something. Wow, that's terribly not specific.

If you want to play a good Ghostbusters game, check out the old Commodore 64 version by Activision.

The game is still being made but and it was supposed to be released in october of this year but the game is delayed because They are looking for a new publisher. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghostbuste ...
