Hmm another hint I think that I searched every inch of the mansion that I could think of.
Also can you get this letter after turning Mananan into a cat?

Yes, you can get it until you leave Llewdor. And its location is rather logical, but not immediately obvious.

How many points is it worth? between the letter and the fish, I think I found the 3 points I missed... if both of those add up to 3 points.

Both are a single point.
