Speech Pak?
This may seem like a really dumb question, but I've been searching all of the threads and can't find any previous questions about speech in KQ2:RTS. Is there supposed to be speech? I've downloaded/installed both the game and the music files from your website last week. Today when I went to play there is music and sound effects but no voices. When I go to the options bar to raise the slider for the volume (speech) I can't get it to move. In the setup menu the option for the speechpak is sheaded gray and can't be checked/unchecked. Did I do something wrong when I installed the game? Or is there not a speech pak available yet? I remember with KQ1 the speech pak was released at a later date. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!

Re: Speech Pak?
Unfortunately, there is no speech pack for KQ2:RTS, and there won't be one. For info, read the FAQ on the Tierra site:

<a href="http://www.tierraentertainment.com/faq. ...

AGD2 I guess you might want to add this to the sticky thread at the top of this forum.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://pub57.ezboard.com/broyalquestfor ... Re: Speech Pak?
I dont know if tierra would be willing to do this but well any way here it goes will it be too hard to add grahams voice to the quit line that he says?

I think...
That should be possible, but I don't really see the point. A single spoken line would make the rest of the game's speechlessness even more apparent, and then people would just be confused about why nothing else is spoken, and ask for more speech lines...

Re: I think...
Fender I had exactly the same thought. Oh well... perhaps for Adeyke's reasons, it's better just to leave it out altogether.

Re: I think...
yup its just a waste.
