Yeah, I can imagine Ad Avis and Khaveen having the Pizza Elemental locked up in a magical cage and occasionally tearing pieces of pizza off it to eat, whilst discussing what to do about a certain pesky hero that just arrived in Shapeir.

Sounds kind of cosy.
At least it's better than being locked up with the Fire Elemental. Or any of the others for that matter.

Would be fun if the Pizza Elemental were added to QFG2VGA as a little easter egg... slim chance of it actually happening, but hey, it's something to think about.

Suggesting there should be one. With Silly Clowns on. The best easter eggs in the game are only visible with Silly Clowns turned on.
