I am in PAIN ...
so, this morning, i was walking into one of the buildings on campus, when i tripped on a stone step. I stood up, thought, "Gee, that was embarrasing", and prepared to move on when I looked down and saw a large amount of blood coming out of my big toe.
I gashed it open pretty good, and had to go to the emergency room where I got 10 stitches. I am in a TON of pain right now. It doesn't feel good. If you're looking for something fun to do, cutting open a toe and getting stitches isn't the best idea.

Recovery
Yeowtch, Steff. Get better soon.
If the pain gets too bad and you're not on any serious painkillers, you could always go with your classic staple of getting drunk to dull the pain...
Just trying to bring a little humor to an unfortunate situation.

of course, it's really ugly on the bottom of my toe ... it's all black and blue and kinda gross looking. ewwwwwwwwww. it's still a little sore, it hurt like a mofo getting the stitches out, but they're gone!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!!!!!
Well good luck getting a guy now Steff. Cuz we all know what the first thing a guy looks at when he meets a lady is. That's right, her toes!!!

No kiss on the first date? See, that's all I'll do on a first date. The one time I didn't, I wound up dating her for awhile and realized she wasn't worht it. The next gf -- who I dated for 15 months -- we took it REAL slow (physically) and hence, a pretty good relationship.
But not kissing on the first date is too slow.

i could kinda understand the not kissing thing - i was his first date ever (for obvious reasons, as i realized as the time went on), but the whole asking to rub my feet thing ... yeah. that made me want to run away screaming.
(and i know this thread has gone off topic, but i started it, so blah!) :P
