Should file share programs be banned

What do you think about file sharing program such as kazza, bareshare, shareazza which allow copywrited files to be shared?

I voted "no" because I use file sharing programs for legal purposes only.
Example: There's a website dedicated to C64 longplay videos, but you can't download them from the website itself. The website only has eDonkey links to the videos.

I voted no cause I hate waiting for next weeks episode of the Soprano's, The OC and Two and a Half Men. If australian television was up to date instead of six months behind then it might be a different matter.

Oh and the software, the music, the porn, it's all fantastic.

The C64 videos are awesome - although they should switch to Bittorrent.

Yea I cant believe you didnt mention Bit Torrent Music Head its the future of file sharing, Kazaa is crap compared to it.
