It was mentioned earlier that the thorns which keep getting me on the path could be rendered harmless. Enchantment? I kept saving each time I took a step and did not die. This took quite a while. If I have to start over, it would be nice to know how to "cut down" the thorn situation. <p></...

No, I goofed and wrote over the extra saved game I had. I suppose I have to do the whole game over again...Unless anyone has an idea.
