well 7 was the first game i ever beat and I still think it's one of the best games ever made. It's the only one of the series that's actually a challenge. even if you have 3 characters at level 99 it's still hard to beat the weapons. My best guess is that he created that himself,it wouldn't be hard to make a picture that looks like a launcher. He already said he didn't know if it was official, that way when we download the game and the real launcher doesn't match that one he can just say it wasn't official.
