Gah, so many PMs! Sorry, I got distracted, a little by a new project at work, but mostly by The Movies, which is a very fun game. I drew up a background, and I'll try to get it scanned in today. Someone asked about coloring, so here is a little sample. Just a section of the picture, the full thing i...

Artist for Rent!
And by rent, I mean free. I'm an artistic type student, looking for a good game in need of artists. I've looked around at websites, but a lot of them are out of date, so who knows if they still need someone? I'd like to offer my services to a good project in need of an artist. Here are some sketches...

I agree, I think exploring the different paths would be really fantastic. I actually had an idea for a game that was sort of Quest for Glory, sort of not. More like a spin-off than a sequel. It would take place after QfG 5, and instead of picking a thief, you would pick one of the fabulous ladies fr...

Tycho plugged The Silver Lining on Penny Arcade today. (http://www.penny-arcade.com) Their front page links always get swamped, so hopefully this will just bring more supporters to the project, and back around to adventure games. :)

If you really want, then why not make a parody of your own? I think the Lost Sh*t thing is funny, if you take out the crudeness. . .After all, you spend a good deal of these games digging things out of bushes and from under pillows. Writing a funny, parody game wouldn't be that difficult, especially...

Dialogue Pictures Help
Hello again! I just have a few questions about dialogue pictures. 1. What is the standard size/resolution for a dialogue picture? 2. Is a solid, neutral color the best choice for a background in such a picture? 3. When you animate a dialogue picture, you loop a mouth opening and closing, rather than...

A Question of Style. . .
Hello there! I just acquired myself a Wacom tablet, and I'm finally ready to get started on something I've been aching to do for years; an adventure game. I'm not here to recruit, or anything like that. I would just like an opinion, on dialogue in the game. It's going to be (best as I can define it)...
