Bump. I just tried this, and yes I get 139 as well. In Step 37 of Renodox's solution, you can get one point instead of two on the Cloud Test (this was already covered). Steps 56 & 57 (Unlock and read Treasure Island) are unnecessary, which gets rid of two more points. Finally, insert Step 65 1/2...
