Be sure that you've completed the haystack quest first, otherwise she will not appear. When you've done that, go south of the Dwarf's house and look around those screens there. You should start hearing some crying, indicating that Possum is near.<br><br>Also, if you could keep all of your questions in one thread, that'd be great. I've already completed that quest and still can't find her help.  How long do I hang around.

IIRC, you should get the message soon after you enter a screen nearby, so don't hang around one screen too long; nothing will happen.

You did get a silver needle, right?
