I don't feel good. Actually, I feel terrible. I looked at myself in the bathroom mirror about 10 minutes ago and I look so white some people might be tempted to use me as a whiteboard.

In fact to add to this depressing post, for which I would apologise for but I just don't want to, I really feel bad. I ache in all kinds of places, I can't stop shivering and I just want to sleep (or die, but sleep might work better). Unfortunatly as I write this at 02:21am on Monday morning, I can't sleep. I also can't get warm, though the base of my chair actually burns if I touch it due to the heater blowing on it for the last 10 minutes. Which is really kinda cool, in a physics kind of way.

I was talking to Steffi yesterday and I ended up just spewing for about an hour. Nothing to do with the conversation though, I'd like to talk about some stuff more cause I'm like interested in stuff she knows about. That and my hard drive died so I had to rip it out and move my slave to the master slot. Fortunatly the one that died was only 20gig so I only lost my music, which I have mostly backed up anyway. Except for my new Sex Pistols album which I'll have to dump to MP3 again. Damn it.

Well, time to crawl back into bed and sleep, or die.

Well.........I don't the rooster technique would help now, but personally, I think it's a loss of energy or just stress, it happens to my dad sometimes. After all, you are quite busy with alot things as it is, maybe it is sleep that you need. Perhaps something you ate that doesn't flow with your digestive system? Either one, sleep is a good idea, with water before you go to bed.

Cheers FG. I don't think it's stress though, I live a stress-free life to the most extent and I have a female friend who helps with stress with things do go that way.

I do feel like crap though.

....But if it's not stress, I guess a loss of energy? You did have to chase your nephew around a baseball game...no that's probably not it....something you ate at the baseball game? Hotdog not fully cooked? Someone coughing in back or next to you? Perhaps your nephew wasn't feeling good as well and you may have something from him? You should check up in him see if he's feeling the same things your feeling? I hope you feel better, and if the same stuff is going on with your nephew I hope he feels better to. :D

We don't play baseball in Australia (well I'm sure we do but nowhere to the extent that you yanks play it). It was a Rugby (League) game. Kinda like your Gridiron without the wimpy body armour or the need to use different players for attack and defence. Great game.

Nah he's fine, I think it's just the flu or something. I'll be good before I die.

Oky Doky! I really need to catch up on my Austrailian side then. But just in case....put a large bowl or something by your bed in case you throw up. I did that when I was really sick. I couldn't eat cake,

I'm starting to paint again. Been awhile though, but its relaxing me. Its just finding the time to do some in between Katy sleeping!

Cheers. The only thing I can do at the moment is lie on my couch and watch TV. Luckily there was a Buffy DVD in the player so I've watched 4 episodes. Now that I'm up I may even put a different DVD in cause I wanna know if Anya survives as it was the cliffhanger at the end of Season 5 where Buffy dies after defeating Glory.

It's now 4:30am and my short conversation with NavyNuke was interrupted by him getting lunch. Evil man. :lol

I personally doubt many people around here care to listen to white power music, or racial slurs for that matter. (which your post smelled like)

LOL! Don't worry about him uh....I think your a new member? Not sure, my stupid sister was on the computer all day downloading music to her stupid MP3. But just don't worry, you learn not to fear Erpy after you get past is non-feeling or his heartless tatics. Now Klitos, might I suggest you drink Ginger Ail or however you spell it. It can be very good to settle the stomach. :)
