Just wanted to say how very excited I am. I've been waiting for this release since the project was announced. It's really cool to take a peek behind the scenes and see how much hard work is being put into every facet of this project. The page is beautiful, and btw... I like the crickets, I've been leaving the page open in the background because the sound reminds me of home.

As glad as I am that the finish line is nearly in sight, I really appreciate how hard everybody here is working to do things right so that the final product is worthy of the title it bears. So I'll try to be really really patient as I obsessively refresh the home page and lurk around here and some of the other QfG forums that I used to haunt instead of working on that job hunting thing that I'm supposed to be doing... (If I wind up unemployed that'll just give me more time to play!)

Eriq. Haha you are the man! Show these fools whats up. I am of course growing impatient (been waiting 7 years myself :P) However your art is amazing, and your production videos kick ass. That alone would make me come back for a while. The game itself is going to be awesome I'm sure. But your talent is so just as much.

After being overcome with nostalgia I went digging into the boxes of my past which are oddly representative of my time on this earth. I found my original Quest for Glory 1 : So you want to be a Hero? box and it brought a tear to my eye like a mandrake being pulled at midnight.

Since theres been a teaser themed around fighter and thief, im guessing they planned for at least 2 more teasers, one for magic user and paladin.

I don't know about Paladin since you don't get to use one until QFG3, but a wizard update for sure.

Well that was so awesome to come home to! Thanks Schloss.

The brand repositioning, the three websites, the promotional work, and all the custom creative would have cost somewhere around $35-$40k flat rate, combined discounted - not including the poster artwork. That's "buko bucks" but it's also a whole shitload of work.

Like everyone else on the team, I have donated my time and love to the project.

AGDI represents, in my opinion, some of the best "fan project" work out there. I hate calling it "fan work" because really, it's taken to the next level - there is that certain "magical" polish to every facet of the game production and design. As a fan of Sierra and LucasArts games for years, it was only natural that the cosmos eventually brought us together.

Been a million years since I logged in here (Though I've been lurking for the past month or so, for obvious reasons ). Site looks great, and is really building suspense for the game. I'm currently replaying Hero's Quest (That's right) to get some awesome characters ready for import.

I also FINALLY got off my lazy broke-ass and bought a copy of Al Emmo too. The free QfG2 poster just sweetened the deal. However, I bought my copy on August 5th, when your site said that the deal for the free poster began, but I bought it before the free poster graphic was on the Himalaya store site. Will I still get my poster?
