You are all wrong. The reason this clam has a pearl, is because it's magical! Wake up. This is Kolyma. You have there a mama duck (or whatever that bird was) that can't see her kid, which is 2 screens away, you have the Door of Destiny (DoD) after a small chasm - that nobody ever crossed (what's the problem, you even have a bridge), you have all the astounding magical thingies here! So, don't be surprised if you see a bloody pearl in a small calm - come on, there is this grandma living alone in the woods...
