I'm actually surprised that Alias was not sued for impersonating a company. No one likes to be misrepresentated, especially the big boys.

Well, it depends, really. Some places do care so much about their reputation that they'll threaten to sue for defamation. It has happened before to some common folk.

Can there ever be evidence that there wasn't any e-mail sent that led the dude to belief that he had been shut down blablabla???
