For an original project, BT, you should write an adventure comedy a la Space Quest and Monkey Island for Infamous Adventures :). I'd love to see what you would come up with in that area. I would definitely pay for it without playing it beforehand.

Well, MI, I did have designs for a game once that featured a slacker who lost his remote control and he goes on a quest to find it.  Basically, through a series of errors - he gets mistaken for a spy and such, and accidentally saves the world.  Or something.  I never finished it, but it was pretty satirical, and it had some great locations worldwide.

Hah! That sounds great! You should finish it. Or something similar.

I will always prefer the original Looney Tunes. I can't see one of these new characters, upon falling off a cliff, saying "Oh no!" and putting up a sign that says "Eek!"

Yeah. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that none of them have pupils in their eyes.

I also think that Wile E. Coyote's descendant should be the weapons expert and follow in his ancestor's footsteps. ;)

Wonderful that you could chime in with such an overbearing statment.  I think the support you offer for this, though, is way too much.  I mean, the research you've applied in making your decision boggles my mind.

How did you come to this agreement?  Was it spent and fashioned over long nights of observing old Tex Avery cartoons, and pouring over Chuck Jones biography?  I am compelled by your statement.  I wish to know more.

I mean, certainly this thread is far more deserving of just a simple 'I agree.'  Though there is a simplicity and beauty in a two word sentence, the subject and verb so clearly stated - a theme, and element and thought process in two words.  Damn, the magnitude is astounding.

I need to rest.  I've spent myself prasing the glory of this thought.
