You know, one of the interesting oddities of biology that you discover in majoring in a biological science is that organisms on this planet without meiosis (ie sexual reproduction) are effectively immortal. So basically, death is the price we pay for having two genders.
Is it worth it?

Bwhahahahahaha! Now that's funny! I wonder if this happened too to Angelus and Vamp when their own little miracle girl was born.
I even wonder if Robin Williams was their doctor too hahahaha.

I don't understand this one, "You've got male", Fribbi. Could you or someone else pour some light on it?

America Online made the phrase "You've got mail" famous. Whenever you log in, if you have new messages, you hear a man's voice say that sentence.
This is a play on that... "You've got male!" or a male child... so to answer Fribbi's question... no they didn't hear that. Katherine is a female.

Vildern -
okay, so, one of the characteristics of America Online (AOL, or, as I call it, AOHell) is that when you log on, if you have e-mail, a voice says, "you've got mail." so, obviously, it's a pun on the "you've got mail" "you've got male", get it? yeah. hope that helps. :)

Why not change the title name of this thread into "Our little miracle is 1 years old now". or "Our little miracle news update"

Well Deb, Katie and I have been looking at a few houses this past couple of weeks and seemed to have found a great house just a few streets up from where we are now. Its kinda near the top of our budget but its the biggest we've seen in that price range and it has 3 bedrooms too (A spare room for Vildern or any other forum guest lol).
So we're gonna place a bid tomorrow morning and hopefully if we get it we'll be moving in, in a couple of months!!
I'll have to take loads of photo/video if we move in and show you guys!
Wish us luck, this is real life eBay here!! ;)

Yesterday was Sunday so the estate agency was closed, we've phoned it in just now.
Well our broker/financial advisor has.
The housing market in the UK is at a stand still at the moment so as first time buyers we're in a good position and have a bid lower than the asking price so hopefully we can save a few thousand pound. But we are prepared to go upto the full asking price.
