Hi,
Thanks BT! Maybe it ever will be the background of a game (hmm, well since it takes me longer and longer to paint backgrounds (since I make them more and more complex ;-) ) it probably takes me forever to finish.
It is a wacom intuosII A4+ tablet. It was a bit expensive (about 650 euro's 2 years ago) and I contemplated buying it for some time (wasn't sure if in the end, it would just collect a lot of dust or if I really was going to use it (expected the first but it became the latter :-) ) ).
However now I am glad I did. I use it quite a bit and it really works great.
I use it with 'The Gimp' (and linux, this is important since it doesn't seem to work with the MS-Windows version of the gimp). The tablet is presure sensitive and the 'The Gimp' in combination with the OS wacom drivers does recognize that (important to make things a bit more random and realistic and to make sketches like one can do on paper).
Since it is 2 years ago I bought it, there might be some newer versions of this board so check out the wacom site if you intend to buy it.
Regards, Ron AF Greve.

Old habit die hard, sorry Rob.Alias wrote:Call me Rob, Robin or Alias, please. I dont like my old nicks. ;)
For the record, me an Rosel are just buddies. ;)
And it's okay; it's not hard to crush on Rose1. She's smart, funny, talented and beautiful. Internet crushes are cute anyway. Sometimes. Unless you're creepy.
