w00t!!!

I cant believe it!! I got my PS2 back today and the fools have replaced it!!! If they had even just tried to switch it on they would have seen that it worked fine lol!!!

So I'm just loading up 80GB worth of games to ma PS2 HD now!

(I never expected them to actually send a replacement lol! I cant believe it!)

I just downloaded the Tekken 5 Demo CD! Just loading it to my PS2 HD now, this should be a great game!!

well my stuff was suposed to come Feb 1st and shipped in 4 10 buisness days. Today was day 10 and I'm getting a little worried. I mean they haave my money and amazon thinks it's coming. I may have gotten ripped off, maybe it's not coming at all. I knew it was too good to be true damnit

Tekken 5 IS sweet! The demo is just one fight with only 2 characters but the graphics are way cool!

Just finished Sonic 1 from the Sonic Mega Collection Plus, got all 6 emeralds too!

Now for Sonic 2! Ahhh the memories!

Well this thread was 1 year old on Feb 25th so Happy Birthday to this thread!!

I've noticed on the intro to Tekken 5 that while it does show Hihachi (whats his name) die after that there is a small sequence with a Hihachi looking figure in what looks like hell breaking free from some chains, so I guess he is in Tekken 5 as a devil like character or something. I havnt had time to play Tekken 5 yet so I dunno if thats true.

Also just got "Intellivision Lives!" for my PS2 which has all if not most of the classic games for the Intellivision! Some sweet retro games in there!

Thats about it on the PS2 front, just waiting till friday for Metal Gear Solid 3 PAL to come out!!

I'm so psyched....

I just bought an old cabinet at an auction, and I'm going to start building my MAME machine. It's an old non-working CARNIVAL cabinet.

I'm going to strip the interior, and mount a monitor on the inside, install the new HAPP coindoor I bought, and an old PIII I was given as a gift. I bought a bunch of controls from HAPP controls, so I begin wiring the control panel either this week or next. This thing is gonna be awesome!

Awesome, I'd love to get myself an old Space Invaders. One of those sit down - tabletop ones from the early 1980's. They are so cool.

How's the MAME cabinet coming along Bt?

I wish I had the space for one of those!!!

Tekken 5 is really cool! Cant stop playing it!

On another note, Just installed ExecFTPS to my PS2 which allows you to connect your PS2 to your PC via FTP so you can upload/download files to and from the memory card and HD, very cool!

Also installed Key Launcher which allows you to boot ELF files by pressing a certain button on the PS2 controller, making things alot simpler!!

Anyway that last 2 bits probably wont mean much to anyone :lol

The Mame Cab is coming along slow, but steady.

My cousin is coming over; we're taking out the old Monitor, which sits at an angle (you can see in the photo in my above post) we're building a new monitor shelf (basically a piece of plywood) which will hold the new monitor, which is going to be 21 inches. I'm getting a monior bezel from HAPP, and I still need to order an I-PAC from Ultimarc. But hopefully, in a month or so, I'll be working. It's a ton of fun!

[spoiler]The guy who breaks free from the underground chains is Jinpachi Mishimia (Heihachi's father!) any way Heihachi is not dead the explosion in the intro blew him into a forest where he was near death for several weeks. When he awoke he joined the King of Iron Fist Tournement 5![/spoiler]

The DS launched a couple weeks ago here in the UK and the PSP finally launched in the US this morning!

Now the race between DS and PSP is starting to gear towards an even playing field. June 24th is the current date for the euro release of PSP!

NO! I still don't have it. I sent an email to amazon though and I got my money back I geuss a lot of people complained about that user. I went back to a,azon today and the cheapest I could find that wasn't a new user was 170CAN so I'm holding off a bit till it goes lower. GCN is going for like 120!

Hey Vil, I just got the new Shining Force game! Shining Tears!!!

Its co-op so Deb and I can play together!! There's also another game coming out called Shining Force Neo, which is actually a REMAKE of the original Shining Force game!! I hope they remake Shining Force 2 aswell!!

OMG!!!!!!!! I've only played 10 mins of this game but it freakin ROCKS!!! This is a must have for any PS2 owner!!!

Amazon.ca got my money back for me and the user got the boot but it was a stressful event having 210 bucks almost go on me. I mean this winter alone I've lost 800 and made nly like 500. On top of that the resort I worked at isn't opening next year unless they can get 3 000 000 dollars canadian!... I'm not very happy. Oh wait I have more bad news. My computer blew up and I've done my last 15 or so posts on this crappy mac that I'm finally getting used to. So I can't play the sims 2 anymore and the only game I can play no one else plays so please someone go pick up World of Warcraft! :(
