My Art

Finally got enough motivation to put the art section on my website up. Not much there now but it'll grow eventually. I have a home for those 3 Sierra DVD covers I made, a KQ3VGA background I mustered up, and a very old sketch of Ivo Robotnik.
Slowly but surely my website makes headway. Check it out if you like. I may put up a tutorial on how I made that background if it interests people. I don't claim to be any great artist with any great insight but maybe it'd help some other aspiring backgrounders who don't know where to start.
Just click on the Art Shed link on the left hand menu.

Interesting, but all I get is a thin line maybe two pixels tall when i got to the art section. I had to click on various points on the line to see anything.

What do you mean? The entire right hand side of the page (minus the menu)? What resolution are you running in?

I think I'm having the same problem with the Game DVD Covers page. The thumbnails are only about 3 pixels high. The thumbnails on the Game Backgrounds page look fine, though (as does the majority of the Art Shed).
EDIT: I'm having the same problem with the Sierra Covers page, and my resolution is 1024x768.

This problem is due to IE (unlike Firefox) not reconising the asterisks (*) as a wildcard in the height varible for the images. Brandon if you remove the height=* command from each of the images tags IE will automatically work out the correct height of the images using the already specified width value.

Sigh, why are you people using Internet Explorer?
Ok it's fixed. Sorry about that. Didn't know of IE's lack of common sense there, although I'm not surprised.

Is it possible to turn off the music playing automatically? If I click on an mp3 link it plays in my browser, but the header music keeps playing.

Are you talking about my music website? If so just view the page without the flash title (it gives you a selection when you first go there) and you won't have that problem. I need to redo that title anyway. A lot of people complained that they couldn't turn off the music.

Think about BUYING THEM!!!
Actually, they're not the greatest literary works to ever spring from the ether, but they're worth a read if you're a KQ fan. I have Floating Castle and Kingdom of Sorrow. Floating Castle is better, IMO.

I might scan through them one day, Right now I'm to busy reading works of great importance to modern day culture, and that are often referenced, so that when the joke or comment about the book is sprung I can be like, "I understand he is talking about."
Just started on All Quite of Western Front the other day, it started to inspire a think about a band of brother WWI

Reading? Of great importance to modern culture? Do you live on the same planet as me?
