How many of it has more than one solution? I got 205, but not sure what else did I missed out, So far I found (I think), what else I missed in order to achieve perfect score?
1. Medusa (Q&A or Mirror)
2. Eagle (Meat or Fish)
3. the Hand Statue in the Treasure Chest (I got this one)
4. Mannanan from his sister
What else I missed?

You do get more points for "saving" Smaude rather than just petrifying her.

You have to feed the eagle to get through the game. However, there are two food sources (as you mentioned) and you get a single point for acquiring each item (regardless of whether or not you use it).

This one does not give points, just some additions to the ending.

The four things most commonly missed are helping Smaude, eavesdropping on the bandits, getting the fish, and getting the note. If you leave Llewdor with 160 points, you're on track for a perfect score.

Care to explain a little bit more on Smaude, eavesdropping on the bandits?

Bandits: Have you ever heard of an expression like this: "I wish I were a _____ on the ____ for that conversation."
Fill in the blanks here hun and you'll have your answer
Smaude: You need to show her you aren't a coward and aren't afraid of her. And you need to do it quickly before she moves out of the shadows. Just pay close attention to what she says, how she phrases her words and she'll give you the hint you need.

OK, I didn't get the fish, that was the point I missed. I saw a fisherman sleeping at the dock at one point but couldn't interact with him, and when I came back later he was gone. What was I supposed to have done?

I assumed Smaude is referring to the Medusa, then yes, I've done that.

It's not asking too much at all ^_^.
The bandits will talk about where they are hiding their stash, but they won't do it if Gwydion is standing in the room. You need to be very very tiny so they don't notice you listening.

yes, that's what I did, I FLY over the bandits, which is the only way I know. Is there another method beside FLY over it?

You will miss a point if you make the Understanding the Language of creatures spell (even if you obtained the second ingrediant from the correct source) before get the ingrediant for another spell from the cat... I don't think it is design... it's a bug...
