More praise from yet another happy adventurer!

I just wanted to take the time to congratulate the talented, tireless and selfless AGDs on a truely excellent remake. Although the VGA graphics are indeed a joy to behold, what really makes Romancing the Stones outstanding for me is the quality of the writing and design evident throughout the game. Although the original title should in no way be denied its due credit, AGDI took a game that was often illogical, frustrating and fairly shallow in the plot and character area and created a startlingly deep and original gaming experience, easily rivaling the best of LucasArt's output. My only complaints with the game are of a rather nitpicky nature, and are not worth the trouble of going into at this time.

Major props on a job well done, and I'm eagerly awaiting Trial by Fire.

I heartily agree! I remember thinking what an incredible game KQ2VGA was compared to the largely plotless an needlessly frustrating original game. Oh, and welcome to the forums. You must enjoy eating. :)

Hi, just wanted to add my thanks too, I cant even begin to imagine the amount of work that has gone into these games, I never had the pleasure of playing the original versions but I love this style of game and would choose them over quite a few modern games! Well Done, amazing work!

Matt

Ps just have to try and complete them now, I didnt save my game often enough and got killed after getting really far! :(

Remember Al Lowe's slogan: Save early, save often! ;)

Anyhow, glad you enjoyed the game, Epicurean.
